I’m sorry to hear about the trouble this is causing. So that our community might be able to offer advice on this, can you expand on the problem a bit more? These are some questions that can help expose the relevant information:

  1. How are you attempting to enter the machine?
  2. What happens when you attempt to enter it?
  3. Can you ping the droplet?
  4. If you run a traceroute to the droplet, does it make it past your ISP and into DigitalOcean’s network?
  5. Is the droplet powered on and accessible via the web console in the cloud control panel?
