I’m sorry to hear about the trouble this is causing. So that our community might be able to offer advice on this, can you expand on the problem a bit more? These are some questions that can help expose the relevant information:
- How are you attempting to enter the machine?
- What happens when you attempt to enter it?
- Can you ping the droplet?
- If you run a traceroute to the droplet, does it make it past your ISP and into DigitalOcean’s network?
- Is the droplet powered on and accessible via the web console in the cloud control panel?
