Hello DO. My account has been in use for more than 9 months and it is only used to install nginx. 2 days ago I suddenly noticed that my account was locked without any warning. I think this is an error. I tried to send a ticket but only one response said I provided the purpose of using the droplet. I answered but now 24 hours no other response to help me. The data in that droplet is really important. Can anyone help me with reopening and retrieving data. Thanks
