What is the reason for this report?

Web traffic being blocked to our application, nobody at Digital Ocean is responding.

Posted on June 16, 2020

As of last week, web traffic is suddenly being blocked to ports 80/443 on our production droplet that hosts an application that handles routing for about 87 websites. I’ve opened up multiple tickets, reached out through twitter and nobody at this company is responding. Does anyone have any suggestions to escalate a support request to get this issue resolved?

Hey @jburkhard,

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?

Hope that helps! - Matt.

Hey @MattIPv4

Thanks for replying, the last two tickets I opened are #3500786 and #3498736.

Appreciate the help!

John
