I am in the process of building a website which needs to be accessible by customers in China. To get around the Great Chinese Firewall, I am interested in using DigitalOcean’s data center in Singapore which I have heard great things about. My question is not very technical, simply, can i create a website via wordpress.com and host it via DigitalOcean? Can you also point me to the cost of hosting? Thank you so much.
