I’m running an Ubuntu 18.04 Plesk install which is managing both a WordPress server and a Roundcube mail server on a $5/mo droplet. The website is usually accessible, but recently whenever I try to access the home page I get a 403 Forbidden error. What makes this even worse is that after trying to access the page, it seems like the server will go completely offline, even taking down the mentioned mail server (or at least the webmail interface). Which is odd as the website worked yesterday, and I had made no changes other than updating the translations.
The Plesk admin panel still works, and I can still log into it. As well, the webmail interface works even when the WordPress site is giving me a 403 Forbidden error.

Hi @ashtons,
You’ll need to check your access and error logs, it’s possible your Plesk is actually blocking traffic for some time which results in your 403 and Webmail GUI being down.
I’ll recommend trying firstly to allow your IP and see if the issue would appear again. If it doesn’t it will surely mean your firewall is causing the issues. You’ll need to re-configure the Plesk Firewall from your Plesk panel --> Settings.
