I want to buy a hosting $ 40/s (4GB RAM and 4TB transfer for me is enough) but i need 160GB hard disk, What is the price of extra SSD Disk? (In your optnion 160GB need 160$, it is over my plan). Thanks

Depending on what you are doing with the extra space, you may be able to use an S3 Bucket from amazon for extra storage. I do this for media (images, video, etc) for a website I run.
Unfortunately it is not possible to resize a droplet’s disk independently of its other specs. You can either resize your droplet to a higher plan or use an external file storage service such as Amazon S3 like rebelwebdevelopment said.
