I have a Centos VPS. Considering that I’ve already installed DenyHosts, considering that I have root access disabled, in addition my Digital Ocean account uses a token authenticator to access, and I use a passphrase. What threats can I expect in the future that can enter into my SSH or my DigitalOcean Account?

It sounds like you have taken some good first steps to secure your droplet. You may want to investigate best practices for the software you are running on this droplet to secure any services you are running. Aside from that, just make sure that you are installing any security updates (or have enabled an auto-update solution). While not all future security threats can be anticipated this will put you in a good position to deal with any future threats.
