My account has been locked since 11pm last night. It was locked because they found my login details in an online database. I’ve since followed the instructions in their email and changed my password. I have also replied to their support ticket and asked them to unlock my account. That was 4 hours ago and my account is still locked. This is costing me a lot of money and it is putting one of my sites in jepordy as it relies on social sharing. When can I expect to be back in business here?
