There is still no connection to my VM. What kind of service is it? I am now 24 hours down and I have absolutely no help - instead you guys send me a message to look at your great reviews. And apparently you dont know yet when the real reboot will take place.
I cannot even back up my data since I have no access.

Are you able to access your droplet from the console?
What happened prior to your droplet becoming unavailable?
The more information you can provide, the better we can assist you in troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
I was not able to because CPU was 100% busy. It would not even let me run console. Finally I decided (no response from Digital Ocean at all for days) to power the droplet on/off (which they warn may corrupt your data, can u imagine if this was a business I run from DO?). Luckilly, I was able to use it again. Data was not corrupted - but CPU is still at 100% even though when I check my processes on VM, I use less than 30%…I have no idea who and why is keeping my CPU at such high level
