This is a community support forum, account lock is usual for new users, as there Digital Ocean will send you an email asking more about your details, like address, real names and such… In some cases they may ask for a identification proof…
Once the details are given, they do unlock in quick !!
If this lock is due to some other region, in that case its better to get in touch with them via their official support channel…
