Why is my site not working? "This page can't be reached" [Discourse]

Hello, I have been trying to install discourse one-click on ubuntu but it’s not working. I linked the domain and everything. but I can’t even log into PuTTY via the SSH. Discourse is not installed, Log Into your admin account. <<

Firstly, I would recommend following this tutorial to Install Discourse - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-discourse-on-ubuntu-16-04

The tutorial is for Ubuntu 16.04 however it can be applied on 18.04 as well.

If you can’t SSH to your Droplet, I’ll recommend using your droplet console from your control area and allowing your IP on the firewall.

If you are using just iptables, you can do the following:

`` iptables -A INPUT -s XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX -j ACCEPT


where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is your IP address.
