What is the reason for this report?

Why My Account Locked?

Hi, Yesterday was the first time that I signed up on your site and as soon as I filled the payment method I got this warning “We are sorry to inform you that your account has been locked by DigitalOcean.” so I create a new account to try my chance. The second account was also blocked. Finally, I opened a ticket and I got this answer:

We appreciate you reaching back out to us.

We apologize for the confusion, however, as stated previously, your account was found to match patterns associated with fraudulent behavior, which is a violation of our Terms of Service. After further review, we have determined that restoring access to your account is not possible.

You need to reconsider your fraudulent behavior policies, why I can’t use digitalocean?? I saw many topic about this issue on the internet. You don’t need any customers? What is the problem? What should I do to use digitalocean?

Hi, Thank you for the quick reply. I hope the problem will solve because the support team sent me the message below and I have asked what I should do. Still no reply. They didn’t even ask me for documents to verify my identity. I’m really confused about how to start using digitalocean.

This message don’t help me, don’t support me. What should I do to use digitalocean? Sorry but I think digitalocean is acting fraudulent behavior. Where does digitalocean collect the data on my email and payment information? I still think you should reconsider your fraudulent behavior policies. I’m a person taking some courses online and trying to improve myself. Not a fraud!!
