I created multiple Loadbalancer, because I created it with Digitalocean’s CCM which does not worked and i did not know how many of them will create during my testing, and then I deleted them. Will I be charged a full month for each ? Or just a hour or two, cause that is all I had them on for.

You will be billed hourly at $0.015 per hour. So if you’ve used a specific Load Balancer for 1 hour only, you will be charged $0.015 and not the monthly price.
