do-scaler creates or destroys droplets based on their load. It does this by querying droplet metrics that are exposed by the standard do-agent monitoring service. (Installed by default on all DigitalOcean droplets.)
Through Scaler Configurations, you define policies to create or destroy droplets using the DigitalOcean API. Additionally, you can configure your own custom Actions.
