Hi, i just paid for two months cloud vps hosting and don’t know where to go to start the terminal (Command line), please if there is a tutorial i could be referred to or just told what to do, it would realy healp.

You can access your droplet via the web console in the DigitalOcean control panel. In the upper right, there is a button for console access:
