What is the reason for this report?

Account is up to date after an issue, and I am signed in, but it is still locked.

I’ve been communicating with Digital Ocean support over the past few days trying to sort out an issue with my client’s account.

There was some money owed on the account which has been paid. We were promised the account would be available again after this payment was made.

The payment has been made, but the account is still locked. We can sign in, but can not access any of the services. We can’t do anything, and what we want to do most is, turn our servers back on as they have been off since Friday when Digital Ocean deactivated the account.

Please help.
