What is the reason for this report?

I launched the 1 click ERPNext droplet. Went to the URL and got the login page. Since the password set state was already past as part of the droplet 1-click, I manually set it afterward. I logged in and it started the setup wizard. I added the requested information and it started doing its thing. I felt optimistic at that time but during the “installing presets” stage it timed out with “error in setup”. Even if I log out or try to bypass the wizard it automatically goes back through the wizard. I don’t know how to get through this.
I thought maybe I could use phpMyAdmin to edit the database but seems I can’t install that either. :-\

Hi,

I recently tried a different 1-click and had a similar issue where setup failed. Since I hadn’t actually customized anything on the droplet yet I went to the “Destroy” droplet page and chose the “rebuild droplet” option at the bottom, which places the droplet back into its freshly deployed state. After that, I was able to run the setup ok the second time.

Transient errors are not uncommon, like brief network or DNS outages on the systems and software these 1-click setups depend on.

Hopefully this helps but please let us know if you have any other questions or problems!
