Any plans to natively support OpenBSD?

It would be great if DO would support OpenBSD, come on.. I know about the dd if=minirootxx.fs to HD trick. Thanks!

There are no current plans to offer OpenBSD as an official supported distro. I think the best bet would be to provide something more flexible where users can bring their own images to roll out. Maybe some news on this later in the year.

  • Much excitement here and kudos for seeking a much more extensible solution. That said, I am curious, where their any technical limitations in OpenBSD on you'lls stack? I had an assumption that OpenBSD may have had greater internet facing server adoption than FreeBSD.
