I second this.... am I missing it? Thanks.
Agreed, a sandbox would be hugely beneficial. The ability to simulate droplet creation and have the API vette syntax, etc. like it would in a production environment. This would be really valuable in unit tests. The UserVoice below is no longer active, so consider this my vote.

Voted! This would really help out with developing and debugging Terraform configurations, especially clusters with 10s of Droplets that would cost a fortune creating and destroying multiple times.
