I enabled automatic backups with both of my droplets In NYC2, but they almost never happen. Does anyone know what is happening or if there is any ETA to fixing this? Is the problem across the system or only in NYC2? I really need this working and hate paying the extra 20% when they aren’t happening.

I was hoping some other users would weigh in one way or the other with their experiences here. I know you’ve probably heard this already as you’ve opened a support ticket, but backups should be happening every 3-4 days. There was recently an issue where this was not happening for some users. It should be resolved now, but if notice that your backups are not happening that frequently for some reason, please open a support ticket so the team can investigate the issue. They can also generate a backup on demand manually.
