Automatic SSL Renewal Not Working

I have been using the Ghost one-click install app for a couple years now and the automatic SSL renewal has never worked. I even migrated to a new server on Ubuntu 18.04 and I’m still having issues. I keep having to remove all nginx files and running ghost config url and ghost setup nginx ssl again. Looking at the cron files and running the automatically generated cron command always says that there are no certificates that need to get renewed.

Can anyone give guidance for rewriting the cron command or easily renewing an SSL certificate through the ghost cli?
