Hello, I am tying to install webmin on my droplet. and i am following this tutorial. https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-webmin-on-ubuntu-18-04 and i was able to successfully install webmin on my droplet. but i can not access the webmi with https://mysite.com:10000 can you please help me to solve this problem. thank you

Indeed as Amiy mentioned you should first try allowing port 10000 for incoming TCP traffic.
To do that you could run the following command:
ufw allow 10000/tcp
Then if you wish to check if the port is actually open use the following command:
ufw status
