The original problem I came hunting for was about connecting my wordpress blog to Zapier, which kept giving back an error and appears to be something wrong with the API. Now however I need to solve the fact that the DO Support page doesn’t even let me log in and returns:
"LOGIN ERROR
We were unable to log you in to the support portal. Error: Unable to find a user"
Whenever I try to create a ticket. Any help is appreciated, hopefully i can figure out how to come back and check this seeing as its not connected to my account at all.

Hey @cryptoconomyguy,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
We have a docs page for signing in issues which might help resolve your current situation:
If that doesn’t help, please reach out to our amazing support team using the link below, which doesn’t require you to sign in. They will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Hope that helps! - Matt.
