What is the reason for this report?

Cannot Access My Control Panel Account After Create A Team Account

Hi Digital Ocean Team,

After created a Team in Digital Ocean and added a payment card to my personal account, I cannot access the Control Panel since then. I am stucked in the Payment Verification page. While trying to refreshing the page or login and logout again, I am still stucked in the Payment Verification page.

I have reached to you guys through Support Ticket but still no answer for more than 12 hours.
