Someone created my account for me he go through until adding payment method. When I open it myself I tried to create a team but there is a limit so had deleted the current team and tried to create new one. I cannot create new team anymore and gives me error

The support team can lift the limit or help reset things.
Also, you might also want to try adding a payment method first if it’s missing.
