I set up a server with Logstash, elasticsearch and Kibana. This functioning normally and sending logs to other servers that central. The problem is I can not send data from CPU, Memory, Disk, etc. to the server. Collectd tried using the servers for sending and receiving client on the monitoring server no longer worked. How to make it work?

Logstash collects, parses, and stores log files while Kibana is web interface to search and view them. They aren't designed for collecting system data like CPU, memory, and disk usage. There are quite a few different solutions out there that focus on that. As you've already started using Collectd, you might be interested in setting up Graphite to visualizing the data you are collecting with it. Check out:

Another solution worth looking into is Icinga:

Collectd is a daemon that can be configured to collect statistics about your server and common services. In this guide, we will install and configure collectd to collect system statistics and send them to Graphite for visualization. We will set this up using an Ubuntu 14.04 server.
