console is not responding

Hi, i can open console from my droplet access, i have logged in as root previously, the VMMouse always resync, the prompt is not showing anymore, but i can type in command but no response after, and whenever i reopen console it brings me back to this session, not a new one.

Hi @johnlikestrips,

Have you tried to reboot your droplet? If the console is not responding then your droplet is likely seeing a pretty serious issue. The console is seen by your droplet as the local keyboard and mouse and no loss of internal services would result in this.

I’ll recommend opening a ticket with DigitalOcean’s support - https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/#support . They’ll be happy to help you in the issue you are experiencing.
