Hey there,
My name is Ethan, I’m the Storage advocacy lead here on the Platform Support team. I’m so sorry to hear about these troubles!
Our engineering team did notice this issue and made a patch back on the 6th. Checking our backend logs I see a few requests since then that have succeeded, are you generally seeing success now with these operations? If so that’s great to hear!
One thing I noticed when investigating here was a 404 response to one of your requests. Was that expected or re-creatable? If unexpected and you are seeing the issue when trying that operation again could you write in a Support ticket with the details, such as full request + response headers of your upload request? We can then dig further into why that is failing on our end.
Regards, Ethan | Captain of Storage Advocacy, Platform Support
