What is the reason for this report?

Credit is not displayed after applying $10 promocode and filling card details?

I have used a VISA Debit Card as my payment option. Please help.

You have to create a ticket via Support in the control panel. We, the community forum, cannot see account details, so it’s difficult for us to help in this case.

Just a new update on the topic:

Usually, in order to get your Free Trial credit you need to add a valid payment method, that’s all. It should appear in your Control Panel in the Billing Section. If you’ve added a valid payment method (Paypal, a payment card, etc.) you should get the credit. Having said that, if you’ve not added the Payment method the best possible way forward would be to contact DigitalOcean’s Support.
