Is it possible to migrate digitalocean image to a bare metal server? through some interface, not rsync or dd.

  • ah ye it may also become a requirement to be able to migrate some of your images to Azure or AWS, is(would) this be possible?

  • Apparently you will have an image file of your droplet anyway and then need to extract in on your new baremetal or anythingelse you move to, and that would be a matter of skills how fast you manage this. You may also try some providers that help with migrating to their servers free of charge like http://v-sys.org/services/hosting/dedicated/

Ok thats sad, why wouldn't you expand your business into vagrant-conteinerization sort of technologies. I bet many like your services and many business goals require the ability for coders do quickly deploy anything they want through web UI without having to call for adm staff etc. Anyways got you.
