I find that with my digitalocean settings page, I can’t change my email, password or even update my billing informaion It’s really a confusing thing My current email is which stands in digitaloecan is lost. So I wanna update is quickly please help me. I don’t know whether this is the right place to put my question. I only found this place. Overall very dissatisfied about digitalocean’s support!

You can change your email directly in the settings page of the DigitalOcean control panel. Though in order to complete the process, you must click the confirmation link that is emailed to your current address. If you’ve lost access to the email address that your account is registered to, please open a support ticket so that the team can help you with the process. If you’ve lost access to your account, email contact@digitalocean.com You will need to verify your identity.
I tried but when I enter a new email address DO does not send me an email to that specified email address. And even no respond from support@digitalocean.com And why does this ? I saw many questions like that. DO is not caring about good customers as I Think
