Hello all,
I am new to this so forgive me if this is stupid.
I am testing a website on my droplet using docker and Nginx and it works only without www If you go to th3pl4gu3.com you will see that it works but www.th3pl4gu3.com doesn’t work.
I even tried a curl just in case browser cache was doing something but still doesn’t work.
My other sub domains such as mes.th3pl4gu3.com etc works.
I even added an A record pointing to droplet public ip.
My nginx ex conf is as follows:
</html>root@th3pl4gu3-web:/etc/nginx/sites-enabled# cat www.th3pl4gu3.com
server {
server_name th3pl4gu3.com www.th3pl4gu3.com;
location / {
proxy_pass http://localhost:8082;
}
}
root@th3pl4gu3-web:/etc/nginx/sites-enabled# cat ../sites-available/www.th3pl4gu3.com
server {
server_name th3pl4gu3.com www.th3pl4gu3.com;
location / {
proxy_pass http://localhost:8082;
}
}
I checked on dnschecker.com and it has been propagated everywhere.
Can someone please help me ?

Hi there @th3pl4gu33,
I’ve tested your website and it works for both the www and the non-www versions.
Note that it could take up to 24-48 hours for the DNS cache to clear over the Globe before you could see the latest DNS changes.
Regards, Bobby
