As if having the provide photo identification isn’t ridiculous enough, the fact that the actual verification does not seem to be backed by any form of automation nor does DO provide any information on how long the process will take or what the status of the verification process is tells you all you need to know about this company.
Any business with DO will occur at their leisure. Don’t give them your money.
I do not know of any other company in this business that is incompetent enough not to give their customers (near) instant access.
