Greetings, I write this message to see if someone with more experience can clarify a question, I have a basic droplet (1GB RAM, 1vCPU, 25gb SSD 5$/mo) with ubuntu where I uploaded the backend for my android app, in the backend NODE JS is used to execute sql queries to a mysql database managed (1GB RAM, 1vCPU, 10gb 15$/mo). Additionally, the users’ profile images are stored in the droplet.
The question is the following and I know that the information is perhaps vague but I would like to know what is the estimated number of users that with this configuration at the resource level I could manage before needing to increase RAM and CPU

Hi @bytesve,
Unfortunately, the question is virtually impossible to answer. What you are asking is based on a lot of factors like - how heavy is the application, how many external resources it’s using, how good is it optimized, is the droplet optimized, different technologies have different limits and many many more.
I doubt anyone else will be able to answer you as well. What I always do in such cases is start with the smallest droplet and as soon as I see any high load or the application starts loading a bit slower I go for the upgrade.
