What is the reason for this report?

Droplet disconnected - Denial of Service

Reaching you guys is impossible “No phone number - no live chat - nothing!!!”. I recieved email today from Digitalocean about my droplet being attached so that they had to take it down. Can someone reply to my ticked becuase we really need it to be back up ASAP.

[Ticket #4182066] - I really had a horrible experience with you guys in the past for another ticket that took four days till i got an asnwer!!! I hope this is not the case this time.
