Clicked Power Off, as it was not working already, and now its not powering on.

Droplet is back online, however I haven’t heard back from DO Support yet.
It came and went once, not sure why as logs did not say.
And now it seems to be back permanently.
DO Support yet to reply to ticket.

Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?

In such cases I’ll always recommend checking the Recovery Console as well:

If the Droplet is indeed down and you can’t connect to it even through the Recovery Console, your next step would be to indeed contact DigitalOcean’s Support.
