Hello,
I have had a droplet hosting MySQL database for over 10 months. It had been working fine without any issues connected to my Web Server.
Suddenly this morning - I see an entry in the history that says MIGRATION. Right after that entry, the droplet has stopped responding. I have created a ticket with all the details with DigitalOcean but have not yet received any responses. While my site is working for the NON-DB section, no one is able to login into my site browse any data from DB given I cannot PING the MySQL droplet nor can I do any other activity using the PUBLIC IP.
My Droplet is a Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
NOTE: Using PRIVATE IP the ping is working fine across droplets I am able to connect/ping using PRIVATE IP but the moment I use PUBLIC IP, it’s NOT RESOLVING…
I have cleaned up: iptable -F , disabled, enabled, firewall and allowed rules for DB, OpenSSH, etc. Nothing is helping.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanks a bunch!!

Hi, did you get this resolved?
Maybe you should check your network interfaces and make sure that your public IP is actually assigned to your droplet: ifconfig -a
