My application functionality relays on custom postgres extension pg_similarity, while I was testing out GCP they were providing support for this extension and I enabled it just as usual with CREATE EXTENSION pg_similarity; but in DO managed db does not provide support for this extension. Is there a way I can install it manually? And if not, what would be the workaround for this?
