When my site reaches 200 simultaneous visits or more it generates an error and I don’t know where to start tracking the problem

It seems your ApacheWorkers and ApacheMaxConnections limit is 200. When you reach that number any other person that tries to open the website gets in a queue which is presented by your website just spinning and waiting to open.
You should be able to edit this configuration in your Apache2 folder in
/etc/apache2
. Once you change it, just remember to restart Apache2.Oh, one last thing, make sure your MaxConnections are a higher number than your ApacheWorkers.
