After uploading a file on my server and try to downloaded from a browser error 400 appears stating I don’t have premision to open the file. Can you help please?

Error 400 forbidden is often caused by pasting the wrong URL in the address window but there are some other relatively common causes as well.
To solve this issue follow the below things -

- Clear your browser cookies.
- Clear your DNS cache.
- Check your internet connection.
