error on adding sub domain

I’m adding sub domain meteoris.piyiku.biz and when I ping from cmd it gives the reply : pinging meteoris.piyiku.biz [118.98.97.151] with 32 bytes of data but my ip is 128.199.173.212 , can anyone help me why this things ?

meteoris.piyiku.biz resolves to the correct IP for me. The old record was probably cached on your end. Can you try again? Is it still not working?

It can take up to 24 hours before all dns nameservers have refreshed. It might be handy to setup your TTL a little lower. You also need to clear your cache for quicker changes. In windows; ipconfig /flushdns
