I’m having issues with reels posts on Make, I contacted them because I’ve been having errors with Digital Ocean for almost a month. I thought it was them, but what they’re telling me is that you don’t finish processing the videos, and that’s why they’re not being posted on my social networks. Please, I need you to fix this. It also stops working, which means I have to go back to the console to activate and test that it’s working.

Heya,
Can you give a bit more details on how you are trying to do so? What products are you using and generally as much information as possible?
Hey 👋,
Can you share a bit more information here?
Are the videos particularly large or taking a long time to process? If so, there might be timeouts or other issues preventing completion. Can you let us know the size and length of the videos you’re uploading?
Have you checked your DigitalOcean logs for any errors related to video processing? If possible, could you share any specific error messages or logs you’re seeing?
Are you running this process on a Droplet, App Platform, or some other DigitalOcean service? Understanding your setup will help pinpoint potential resource or configuration issues. Share any information about your exact setup as well.
Could you confirm what resources (e.g., CPU, memory) you have allocated for video processing? It’s important to check that your system has enough capacity to handle the load.
Any additional details you can share will help us better understand the issue and guide you toward a solution.
