What is the reason for this report?

Excute a command in linux without keeping on the server

Hello everyone i want your help about inputing a command in ubuntu terminal but i am in trouble because i want keep open my terminal. Has any way how to solve this so to keep excuting for example this ./hlds_run -condebug -console +ip 192.168.0.104 -port 27015 -game cstrike +map de_dust2 +maxplayers 32 +exec server.cfg +fps_max 100 +alias fps_max wait +sys_ticrate 100 +alias sys_ticrate wait +sv_visiblemaxplayers 32 +alias sv_visiblemaxplayers wait.
