I paid $5 to my digital ocean account for twice using my paypal, but the “Welcome page” always stay to “Update Billing” step, Could you help me ?

I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team either from the control panel or by sending an email to contact@digitalocean. They will be able to review those payments and track down why this is occurring.
