I’ve read the other questions and answers to this very problem, but none of them are helping.
I’d like, love, to connect through my droplet on FileZilla (FTP) but it’s not working.
I’ve tried what I thought my port number would be (22, 25000, etc) and entered -netstat to see what ports are being listened to.
It simply wont’ work.
My other droplets, I can connect through filezilla, but my one droplet I can’t.
Any thoughts?
Thank you so much

Hello,
What ports do you see open when you run lsof -i ? Do you see ports 20,21 open or only port 22? If you can login via putty then you should be able to connect via port 22 on sftp with filezilla. If you see an ‘unexpected end of file’ error, that generally means the change password script is kicking off and you need to login via ssh first.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
