I am trying to link my application to a domain I did buy on GoDDaddy. I initially followed this https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-point-to-digitalocean-nameservers-from-common-domain-registrars and this https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/how-to-point-godaddy-domains-to-digitalocean-year-2020 guides.
Once I try to change the name servers with the ones listed on the second guide I get an error which says that the domain name is invalid.
Speaking with GoDaddy support I got told…
You need to reach out to your hosting provider and get a pair of authorative name servers, you can see the requiremrnt of .IT domain https://www.godaddy.com/help/about-it-domains-5358
I am not sure what does it mean and even less how to get them. Can someone explain me and tell me how should I proceed? Thank you!
