Has the images v2 API changed overnight?

We are seeing format difference in the image API response.

Two days ago:

We didn’t see any documentation updates for this, so can you please clarify the changes? For example, the new ids for regions and distributions that don’t seem to be possible to correlate with the relevant response objects (e.g. /regions does not return ids).

Have any other API calls changed in any way? Please advise.
