I have a pre installed Ghost instcance on digitalocean and I can’t administer users. There is a default user added to my setup and I can’t seem to delete it.
Is there a setting I am missing?

When you first create the new blog, you create a user that is given “owner” status. This user can not be deleted unless another user has been made the “owner.” First you’ll need to create a new “administrator” user. Then you can transfer “ownership” of the blog to that user in the upper right hand of their profile page by selecting “Make Owner”:

Now using the new owner account, you can delete the original account as normal.
