Hello,
If you are using the App platform there is no need to add Nginx.
The App Platform takes care of the server-side of things and the SSL certificate set up for you automatically.
Is there a specific reason why you need to add Nginx as well?
You would usually need Nginx so that you could install an SSL certificate, but this would be required in case that you were deploying your Django application on a Droplet as per the instructions here:
